We know the struggle: being an expat parent can feel a bit isolating. That’s why we’re launching a special pilot event to bring our international families together in a space that’s fun for the kids and relaxing for the parents.

 

“AIC Kids & Parents: The Social Playdate @ Moxy” A private afternoon on the 9th floor with stunning views, treats, and real connections.

🎡 What’s the vibe?

We’ve reserved the entire 9th floor at the Moxy Houthavens just for us. It’s a secure, private space where you can let the kids be kids while you finally have that uninterrupted adult conversation.

 

Here’s what’s in it for the whole family:

• For the Kids: A dedicated play zone with a Popcorn machine, Cotton Candy, Jenga, and even a TV with Dutch cartoons to help them pick up the local lingo! 🍿🍭

• For the Parents: A private bar right next to the play area. Grab a coffee or a cocktail, enjoy the view, and meet other expats who actually "get it." 🍹🏙️

• Safe & Easy: The space is enclosed, so you can keep an eye on them while you socialize.

• Bring the Favorites: Feel free to bring along your child's favorite board game or toy to share and play with new friends!

• 🧸 Is there an age limit? Since this is a pilot event, we are open to all international families! As a guideline, the activities and space are ideal for children between 2 and 10 years old. Our AIC host will be there with their own daughters (aged 3 and 5), so your little ones will definitely have someone to play with!

🔑 HOW TO JOIN

When you arrive, simply head to the Hotel Reception. Our friendly hosts will guide you up to our private sanctuary on the 9th floor.

This is a Pilot Event! We want to see if this is something the community wants more of. Entry is free, but please book your spot here so we can prep enough cotton candy and popcorn for everyone!
